Every two month, our cooperation will hold a team building activity to improve communication among team members, enhance collaboration and cooperation among team members and develop problem-solving and decision-making skills, as a result, most of our clients will increase trust and stand in the line to face the challenge that we encounter.
In the beginning of the day, our organizer sets some Icebreaker games like drop tissue to help the team members get to know each other, everyone was sitting in a circle, a random teammate will be chosen to put tissue behind one's back while music was on, when music stopped, he must put it being one's back and run a circle to his original place. If he was chased by the tissue-man, he would have to perform for the whole company. At the end of the game, our sale manager was the one lost the most due to his stubby size. With such activities that allow every one to communicate and cheer with each other, the cohesion and cooperation developed naturally.
At the end of the day, everybody was engaging in preparing the barbeque and share their own stories with partners. With the overwhelming juicy dishes, the team-building program was successful in achieving its objectives, and the team members were able to develop their communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. The team members also developed a greater level of trust and understanding, resulting in better relationships among team members. The organization should continue to invest in team building to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its teams.
